My name is Bamidele. I'm a chef.

Not a hobbyist. Not a food blogger. A professional — someone who has stood on the line, worked the heat, and given everything to the craft.

And after years in professional kitchens, I noticed something that bothered me. Chefs, line cooks, foodies — the people who pour their lives into food — had nowhere to represent that identity outside the kitchen. No gear that spoke to the culture. Nothing that said this is who I am without a word being spoken.

That's why Southbysouthpac exists.
